Cover Letter Assistance.

I’m looking for a new job, which means I need to learn the art of the Cover Letter (email).

Someone told me there was help for this at monster.com, but darned if I can find it. There’s resume-writing help, but that’s something different.

Anybody know of any good (preferably web-based) resources for this?
