The ending was absolutely crap. No wonder MP wants to leave. What’s-his-name should have been fired, not suspended. :mad: What were they thinking leaving him alone with a nut with a knife.
Yeah, the whole team should be fired.
They have a murderer, holding the murder weapon which can easily be used to convict her, and instead of arresting her they stand back and watch while she kills again.
I still don’t understand their reasoning. If they let the guy go to lead them to the new killer, then once he did in fact lead them to the killer there is no explanation for standing back and letting her kill him. On the other hand, if they let him go hoping that he would attempt to kill again so they could catch him in the act, then they are absolute morons. Even if he had taken the knife, it wouldn’t have proved anything about the previous murders.
So yeah. Their actions make no sense, they caused and watched a murder, and the whole team should be fired immediately.
THey had no physical evidence linking the secGaurd to any of the murders, so they hoped to get him to “say” something or catch him as he went to kill the copycat - The two that were following weren’t close enough to intervene in time. (they kept their distance so as not to spook them).
And no - it wasnt a good resolution… but I think it (the plan they were trying to work) was all they had.
