2POODLZ No stickers or license frames to clarify things but was one really necessary?
I don’t remember the details of the vehicles they were attached to but I saw LUBBY on the way to work and 05 MAY on the way home.
On a Toyota SUV: GO RAMZZ. With an L.A. Rams license plate frame in case there was any doubt.
And NSWER on a Genesis G70. I’m not sure what the nquiry might have been.
On seven other cars, silly. 
HOTRODH on a new looking Subaru Impreza that looked completely stock to me. Maybe their other car’s a hot rod? Or maybe the engine actually is actually hopped up and they’re going for the “sleeper” look (although advertising that on your license place kind of defeats that).
100BUCKS on an aqua convertible. (Didn’t catch the make.) He’s not gonna feel like a hundred bucks if he keeps driving like that (and the bill won’t be that small, either).
And I knew I was forgetting another I saw today, possibly because it was SNEAKI (on a motorcycle).

LO NUFF on a lowrider, of course. Specifically, a lowered 1990s GMC pickup.
CUBR on some sort of small truck. No clue there.
FAN4VER on an Arizona Cardinals plate. There was no room for a second E even if it was available and I assume EVR was long gone.

Over the past few days:
DAZLLE on a Lexus RX 350, on a CA 9/11 memorial plate. I assume it’s a strange spelling of “dazzle”. There was also a frame that read “Land of the free because of the brave”. Not sure if that’s related somehow.
EXI on a Tesla. No clue on that one. Initials, maybe? X isn’t exactly a common initial, though.
AMPMCM on another Tesla. AM/PM is a regional convenience store chain out here, but I don’t know what CM would be in that context. Or is it AMP MCM?
7B 505 on a Tacoma. My guess is a reference to Exit 7B from Interstate 505. There is an I-505 around here but I didn’t bother checking a map to see if that exit exists.
OW D OZ on an Audi S5. Say it out loud. OW D = Audi, but I’m nod sure what the OZ means.
Perhaps it means “Adios” pronounced in a faux Cherman accent?
An S5 is a moderately hot car that’ll leave most others in the dust, their drivers struggling to comprehend the rapidly disappearing license plate. G’Bye!!
DIANA LP on some sort of bougie looking SUV.
I’ve been away from the USA for awhile, so no sightings while gone. But I had a couple just before going and a couple since:

ASWINI. I don’t remember much about this one, but it was a generic car and a maybe south Asian driver. Probably somebody’s name.

GTRFN on some sort of car with a University of Florida Gators booster plate frame. So a Gator Fan.

XMASY on a generic SUV. They had a couple of other tailgate stickers, but nothing that called to mind Ol’ Saint Nick.
