Custom Licence Plates — Seen in the Wild

First responder? I’m guessing Treatin’ Him?

Good one.

I had a three-fer this morning. Traffic was especially bad and I had time to look around while at a standstill.

I’m in Big 10 country but seeing a PNNST8 fan is unusual around here.

Mini-van with MAMMA C

A blue sporty looking something or other with DNT TRY… guessing he means don’t try to pass him?

I saw an SUV with a standard FL plate LRN2SWM. With a couple of aquatics-related stickers as well. Probably a swimming instructor.

My brother has DNT WAIT.

Off-road Adventure

Saw NVRL8 in the Meijer parking lot this morning. Maybe they should have a word with B1SH0P who blew through a red light and nearly caused a wreck right in front of me on my way home. Dude must think he has divine protection or something.

Love it! I did a lot of trekking around local deserts with an ex-bf, and we saw a ton of alluvial fans.

Yeah, that was my guess. Saw a ton of neighborhood dogs on my morning walk and pets were on my brain.

The intramural softball team in my college’s geology department was named that.

Saw a standard background FL plate today that had to be personalized but was a total headscratcher. On a newish Range Rover if that’s any hint.

The graphic in the middle of a standard FL plate really obscures the 4th character of any custom plate unless you can get real up close & personal. I could not so I’m not 100% sure of what I saw. In order of likelihood…

Could be “Straight to Voicemail.”

Almost certainly. Thank you!!.

I was stuck on “5 of [something] and 2 of [something else]”.

My money is on this one.

Saw this today. It was the FL USMC veteran plate background. Here’s a representative image of that kind of plate:

The plate I saw had a frame that read “US Marine Corps” across the bottom. The plate text read IVEVR. I guess it was.

Forever

Spotted on a recent trip to Wal-Mart:

1QTUUUU

I just hope it doesn’t mean “One Cutie For Use.” (“One cutie, four U’s.”)

Yep.

Or was my “I guess it was.” a little too subtle?

One cutie for youse?

I don’t know my Canadian regional accents very well, but that’d fit in just fine coming from a New Yorker, New Jerseyite, or Pittsburghian.

It was probably fine, but for me, sometimes I need a sledgehammer to the head before I catch on.

So, in other words, it really was forever for you?

FTR my dad was a Marine. Semper fi!
