When I got home from work this morning, I happened to note our upstairs neighbor, in her car in the parking lot, apparently rockin’ out to the car radio. I though this a little odd, so I went into our apartment, woke my wife with a good morning kiss, and told her about the neighbor. “She’s been out there all night.”, my wife told me. " I heard the bass from her radio a few times."
She drives an old blue chevy, with stickers all over it. She looks to be anywhere from 18 to 23. she has dark red hair and seems to be a member of a band, as I have seen her come home carrying a guitar.
We just moved into this apartment complex last month, and in that time she has said hello once.
I have been home for an hour now, and she’s still out there, slapping the steering wheel and shaking her head to the music. Her head drops a lot, and she seems to be intoxicated. I have been watching her from time to time out the kitchen window to make sure she’s still moving.
I am a little worried about her, but I don’t know her anywhere near well enough to go out and ask if she’s ok.
Should I be worried about her, or just ignore her?
In college, me and 2 friends took acid. On guy went out to his car to get some CDs and ending up staying there for hours.
I wasn’t much better. I rode down the elevator with a couple who was going to the basement to study to get some food out of the machine. I realized I had been standing there staring at the machine for way too long when they finished studying and left. I probably stood there for an hour.
The headlights are on but I am not sure the engine is running. I bet she was gonna go to the store for munchies and got caught up in the moment. For the last six hours. If the engine is running, I am gonna keep an eye on her to make sure she doesn’t pass out or the catalytic converter doesn’t catch fire.
Well, I checked Intellicast and it’s only supposed to get up to 72[sup]O[/sup] today, so I don’t have to worry about her succumbing to heat stroke, although her windows are up.
Perhaps, tho she seems to be winding down a bit. All I see now is a hand on the steering column tapping in time to the music.
Again, should I be worried?
I think I will wait till ParticleWife wakes up and send her out there. I think it would be a little less creepy for her to do it than me, especeialy if she IS on aid or some such.
Oh, and** Bruce-Daddy**, it’s more like,

Freebiiiiirrrrrd!
Fiiiinding a stairwayyyy to heaaaven!
Well I went out and glanced in her car as I went to “check my mail”.
Her Bopping seems to have subsided. Now she’s just slouching in the seat and looking pensive. Her driver’s side window is open, so I don’t think the Carbon Monoxide is getting to her. (The car is running.)
I am thinking she either is tripping, or had an argument with her boyfriend/roommate/whatever.
If she’s tripping, I think she’s beginning to come down.
Well, now she’s up and hand tapping the steering wheel again. Must have gotten her second wind.
Is it creepy that I set up my ancient video camera (circa 1985) in the kitchen so I could monitor her from my sanctum here? Just wondering. It isn’t like I’m taping her. (The vcr doesn’t make tapes very well.)
Please go and get her. If she has been in there all night she likely needs water, food, a shower- (and if this is the result of youthful experimentation instead of a manic swing, she probably deserves a good spanking, too, although you may want to contract that one out)
In fulfillment of the warning issued by Gloria Estefan, I think the rhythm has got you, Partcilewill. The title of this thread has a certain satisfying beat to it.
Also, this could be a Penthouse Letter in the making if your wife swings that way.
