I spoke with a co-worker just minutes ago and he said there’d been a bomb threat in one of the buildings in my immediate vicinity. They may have closed down McPherson Square (dunno if it’s just the Metro or the whole block). I’m heading out the door soon as I post this and will try to be there. Especially if Anniz is on the way.

Uhh, did you move to Australia or something, Sqrl? I know I’m still in a state of newleywed bliss, but my clock says today is Wednesday, meaning tomorrow is Thursday.

Actually, I probably won’t be there, as I have a boss-spawned field trip to the wilds of Northern Virginia all day. We’re leaving at 9am, and I doubt I can convince him to let me off at noon for an hour so I can have lunch downtown.
In other words, don’t wait for me.
I doubt that Anniz will make it downtown, too. But, that’s her call.

We waited and ended up eating at the top of the metro at the little coffee house. It was pretty good. Poopoo on you for not making it.
