Damn, home cooked Canadian cuisine. I’ll be heading up in the Spring again and I’ll let you know. This year’s conference was at the Westin by Eau Claire Market, not nearly as nice as the Hyatt room we shared.

Okay, that was annoying. I submitted a post to another thread, then completely forgot about it. Several minutes later I tried to submit a post to this thread only to find out that my other post had just gone through so I was in violation of the sixty second rule for posting and thus lost the post I was going to make to this thread. (And Ginger, I did walk down to Eau Claire and took in a showing at the IMAX. I also wondered thru the stores along the Plus 15 and of couse went to Mac’s to pick up my supply of Coffee Crisp and other Canadian candy bars.)

I’ll be getting off a graveyard shift, but I might just take a short nap and come back in to DC for lunch. And if I’m incoherent or acting eccentric, I can blame it on lack of sleep. Convenient.

As our default, we usually go to the Au Bon Pain just across the street from the McPherson Square 14th Street exit.

Although I think the food there has gone downhill recently, it is convenient. There is also a Subway and a Sizz Ex we can try, although they are small and might not have tables for us.
