I’m going to have to bow out. I have a broken arm, courtesy of an attack in Dupont last Sunday, so I’m staying home for the foreseeable future.
Stacy Donaldson says that the weather will be partly sunny and warm on Sunday. The Spritles will be there. Probably around noon thirty or so, depending on when the littlest doper wakes up from his nap.
(sounds a bit like a spoof band name, don’t it? Sort of Ruttles.)
Sorry to hear about it, goboy. I was looking forward to seeing you again.
So, to recap:
Sunday the 22nd. The Rio Grande. 12:30. Bethesda Metro Station. The lovely and talented Pucette, guest of honor and all things Pucettelike.
Wow! Lovely and talented!
<ahem>
Ok. All confirmed. I’ll be at the restaurant at noon, so see you all there!

bon voyage hugs
Why thanks, Cajun Man! I’ll be seeing you next week…
And she’s off!
Montfort and I are unfortunely sick.
We’re spending most of the time in bed…
Actually, not because we want too.
Have fun without us,
I’m sure you all will.
Whut the hell . . . ?
Anniz, I’m sure you can show Montfort something interesting to do in bed.
Have you changed him recently?
D&R:D
Sorry, friends, but I’m not gonna make it.
Much as I’d like to see you all (and meet Pucette and the Spritles), it’s a sit-out-on-the-deck, put-my-feet-up sort of day, and the first one I’ve had free on a nice day this year. So I’m gonna do that. And maybe sneak in a bike ride.
But have a good time, and I’ll lift a beer to y’all!
Anyone know the address? I’m getting ready to head out by metro. If not, I’ll ask when I get there.
To those who attended:
Thank you all for a wonderful afternoon. Mrs. Spritle and I had a great time. Dave, thanks for playing with baby Spritle.
I mailed a picture to the e-mail address in you profile.
To those who did not attend:
We had a great time. I didn’t mail a picture to you.
Spritle
Spritle:
Your wife took two pictures, yes? Did the other one come out (better/worse?)?
So Dave, how do you like your candle?
I hear he’s keeping it beside his bed…in care of emergency OR if the lights go out.
