Dear Co-worker.

This letter is in regards to your attitude you developed to me the other day. I felt that your attitude was childish and petty. Your blatent attempt at ignorning me and holding your hand in front of my face was rude, and shows lack of class. I don’t excuse this behavior because you work in a factory, and I certainly don’t think that it is a reason at all.

We were having a good discussion, albiet a rather uninformed one on your part, about muscluar degredation. You claimed that a person kept thier muscles they have built up even though they do not use them. I know this to be false, and was trying to explain it to you from a biological viewpoint. That failed as you know.

I have no magic credentials, I am not a doctor or a med school student. My only experience from this is from my past, from articles I read online because I am into bodybuilding, powerlifting and fitness overall. You work with me at a factory, also not a doctor or a student, yet you don’t read, have not seen a movie since ET was out in theaters (due to your case of ADD), and mow lawns for free because you love it. Nothing wrong with that. I do find it rude that you think you understand human physiology better than I, after all the research I have undertaken. Nothing on a grand scale, or anything that will make me pass a Med school exam, but certainly I understand these things better than you.

Research on the subject at hand would reveal to you that I am in fact correct. Muscle mass and strength will diminish with disuse.
However, halfway through the conversation I think you saw that I was right but did not want to lose faith. So you held up you hand in the “brick wall” hand signal, telling me you were done with this conversation with sign language because you were above saying you did not want to carry it on.

All of this would have been fine, if you had not told me I said that muscles will disapear completely if you don’t work out. I never said anything of the sort, and would not claim it possible that muscles could completely disapear. The fact that you went around telling everybody at my workplace that I said this, and polled them secretly on their insight onto this statement to support your own “imaginary” claim was the lowest and most dispicable thing you could of done.

You madam, are a stupid clog of a woman, twisting a conversation around when you know you have lost the debate, and trying to get everybody at work to think I am an Idiot without my knowledge. You have found an enemy of me now, and War will ensue.

Thank you for your time and patience for reading this letter. (or having somebody read it to you since you are no doubt illiterate)

                                                                       -Epimetheus
