Did anyone watch it? What’d you think? I thought it was good, if a little dark, not as funny as usual, but it sucked me in about like always.

Who do you think the note is from? I vote new guy, unless, it’s not even pertaining to Gabby’s stepfather’s murder ( something my BF pointed out to me, in which case who knows???[/spoiler]
Good season opener - and I think that note isn’t even about what they think it is, and probably about something totally different.
Some laugh out loud moments, and glad to see the show back.
However, also glad this is the last season and hope they wrap it up with a bang!
Did anybody watch? They’ve gone back to that same “I’m gonna tell on you” note that was seen in the first season.

The scene where Vanessa Williams goes up to the new neighbor and says, “here are my boobies, you wanna screw?” was . . . odd. If a man did that to a new female neighbor, he would be under arrest before he got his zipper back up.

The “Carlos will go to jail” excuse is so lame that I have a hard time swallowing any of it. Someone breaks into your house and attacks your wife…and you’re not allowed to defend her because you’re on probation? Really?

Renee and her boobs were pathetic. The Australian neighbor wasn’t all that hot. Neither is Bree’s new man, who talks like Rudolf the Red nosed Reindeer. And they’ve turned Lynette into a cold, heartless bitch.

I was thinking the same thing. If Carlos and Gabby are that worried about how this killing might look in court, they could just have the other housewives testify in Carlos’ favor by claiming they saw the guy stalking/chasing/attacking her, whatever. I mean they were willing to help bury the body, so I can’t imagine it would be very hard to convince them to fib in court.
Carlos killed a guy. He’s probably not thinking very straight.

I laughed out loud, they had some really funny moments. That young priest, all “this is gonna be cool, it’s my first time hearing confessions!”… The older priest Gabby hijacked: “Saving souls is more important than your dream vacation, Father!” “I’m going to Rwanda. To dig wells, Gabby!” … I didn’t actually laugh, but it warmed cockles of my heart when the new guy closed the door in Vanessa Williams face. I hate her, I hate her stupid strapless wardrobe, and I don’t know why she’s still on this season. Maybe it is time for the show to be over if they’re running out of ideas, but I’m going to miss it a lot.
She’s still on because they need a slut and Marc Cherry allegedly punched Nicollette Sheridan in the face and then fired her for complaining about it.
IOW, Edie died and they needed someone to replace her. Though I’m surprised she’s stayed there so long. She doesn’t get along with anyone except Tom and Lynette and even that’s a bit shaky, she doesn’t like living in such a low class (to her) neighborhood. She doesn’t seem to get much work. I think she just likes the drama. It’s so easy to stir crap up on Wysteria lane.

What is with the neck of the Aussie dude? When he talked, there was some weird undulations happening in his neck. He does NOTHING for me.
Susan and Carlos having an affair because they have such big consciences. Oookay.

I’m pretty sure the only 2 characters left that I like are Mrs. McCluskey and Mike the Plumber.
Time to wrap this puppy up. In the two episodes so far, I found both the storyline and the dialogue to be pretty lame.
I assume you caught that he’s (as of right now) most likely the person that wrote both notes, right? So he’s probably not going anywhere any time soon as unless his name is cleared.
Also, why would Bree get the note out of everyone involved? Unless, as mentioned before, it’s not about the Gabby’s dad but something else. Either way, whoever wrote that note is most likely the same person that wrote the one to Mary Alice.
Not sure how I would have missed it. I realize he’s not going anywhere. He’s just not very attractive.
I don’t think Carlos and Susan are going to have a real affair…not a physical one. BUT…everyone will start to think they are because they are sneaking around so they can talk with each other.
I used to love Tom and Lynette, several seasons ago, but they have turned Lynette into a total harpy and Tom a complete doormat. They have become caricatures of their original characters.
I don’t think the note has anything to do with the murder/body disposal. I was thinking maybe it doesn’t have to do with anything, just something to freak out Bree and send her over the edge.
