Destino

Is there a legitimate place online to view the Disney/Dali short, Destino? Viewing’s fine, I don’t need to download it. I’m assuming not, since it’s a Disney production, but it’s worth asking.

(I thought there had been a thread on this, but search didn’t bring it up.)

I saw it as a bonus with Triplets of Belleville… maybe they’re doing that everywhere. Go see Triplets (it’s a great movie and worth the admission even if you don’t get to see Destino).

Destino represents a collaboration of Dali and Disney… that alone makes it worth seeing! (It was conceived a long time ago and only recently realized in film).

Saw the Triplets on Saturday and no short came with it. That would have been a truly wild afternoon at the movies with that combo. The French sensibility is nothing at all like anything in this country. And good thing no one at PETA has the intelligence required to go to art house movies or they would be all over it for crimes against elderly doggies.

The cinema by me plays Destino only before the “Belleville” matinee.

I also saw Destino before Triplets, but that was a few weeks ago; it might have been a limited-time deal.

I thought it was pretty darn cool, until the spectacular genius that is Triplets completely wiped it from my memory. My moviegoing companion had to remind me afterward that we saw an extra short at the beginning.

Oh, and crap, I didn’t address the original question: I know of no place on the web to see the film. Sorry.

There’s a clip of the movie here:
