DFW Dopers... Want to come see my brother's band tonight?

I know this is extremely last-minute and everything, but my brother’s band, Soul Tsunami and the Hurricane Horns, is playing tonight at Salute Club, which is in North Dallas at Frankford and Midway (the link is a map).

If you click on the band’s link, you’ll be taken to their Web site, where you can find audio clips of them playing, upcoming gigs, and some really shibby funk haiku. Zyada has heard them play and can verify that they are funky in the extreme.

They start around 9:30 and I will be there getting my groove on. Who’s with me?

Can’t make it tonight, of course, but do they play during the week? When I come to Dallas Wednesday, I’ll be staying the night. Are they playing that night, perhaps?

They play during the week fairly often, but not this coming Wednesday. The link above goes to their website, which has a list of upcoming gigs.
