A little bump for the weekend crowd.
Unfortunately, Saturday events are blastedly difficult for Gunslinger and I as the local newspaper owns his Sundays and we’d need to get back in time for him to get to sleep at a convenient hour. We’ll attempt the next gathering, though.
I’m sorry you and Gunslinger can’t make it. I’m looking forward to meeting y’all, but it IS a long trip.
But, a Saturday afternoon party is about the best one to try to make. They are usually in the evenings.

Either that or we’ll have to wait until next January, when I plan to celebrate my 21st birthday with a trip to Billy Bob’s Texas.

I believe that my roomate is going to come too if that’s ok. He is always infavor of beer and hotdogs and the two of us are ping pong masters.

I think it’ll be better if everyone brings their own drinks. I’ll have some beer and cokes. And there’s a beer store about 3 blocks away. I’ll have some coolers and ice.
I’ll provide the meat and buns. Y’all bring side dishes, snacks, drinks, things like that or nothing at all.

A kegger probably would have been fun, but several don’t drink beer so we’d have to have other stuff anyway. There is usually a good variety of beers at these things.

By boy-toy, do you mean Aglarond. I think I can convince him to come over. He’s on call all week, but the house is close enough to his apartment if he gets a call. I’ll ask him tonight. I have 7 bottles of Shiner Bock in my fridge if you want me to bring 'em.
