I have no words. As much as I want to see Kelly and Conway rotton hell, I hope this is not true.
Last I read, Claudia said it was likely an accident or her mom’s phone was hacked but she doesn’t think her mom would have done it on purpose. Of course, this morning Claudia was ready to have her mom go to jail over it. So I’m guessing they (Claudia and Kellyanne) worked something out and this is Claudia’s way of trying to get people to back off a little.
As for her mom having the pictures. Claudia said they were taken willingly and that her mom likely got them one of the many times she confiscated her phone over the years.
I’d have to go with it was an accident (or hack), I can’t imagine a mom leaving her job to try to mend her family, remember Claudia is/was asking for emancipation, pulling a stunt like this.

Putting aside the fact it’s her own daughter, it’s also posting online nude pictures of a minor. Conway would have been risking some serious legal problems if she had done this.
Kellyanne Conway is a terrible person, but she isn’t that dumb. There is no way she did that. Then again, I never thought it slightly possible that Donald Trump could win a Presidential election.

Ya know what might more sense. If Claudia did it to help with her emancipation case, if she’s still pushing for that.
It isn’t as if she posted an unauthorized message on a government agency network or was whistleblowing about the manipulation of public health data. She’s just showing how that famous conservative “personal responsibility” works.

I could also see that as her assuming the worst at first (due to no love being lost between mother and daughter), and just reacting in anger, and then settling down and talking and realizing not even her mom would probably do that.
And, yes, it would also be consistent with her doing it to try and punish her mom for something, and her mom pointing out how much trouble this could cause, and her backpedaling. Teens in general do make dumb decisions while angry (incompletely matured brains and all that), and she’s not exactly had the best role models.
I won’t assume she lied, but I won’t ignore the possibility, either. A hack isn’t really the most likely possibility, since the hacker would also need to have access to Claudia’s photo (so would need to have hacked her photos from the cloud or be someone like a jilted boyfriend/girlffriend), and it doesn’t seem like something even Kellyanne Conway would be so dumb to do–at least, on purpose.

That makes it sound like a stealth picture, not something she sexted a boyfriend. Did a stalker shoot it, hack Kellyanne’s account, etc.?
I seriously doubt Kellyanne is that nasty. Or stupid.
From the video I saw (linked in the article you quoted), her original claim was that Kellyanne took a picture of a photo on Claudia’s phone. She also said the photo was months old.
So that sounds like it was a photo Claudia herself took.
I missed that, hmm. So maybe Claudia hates her mom so much that she posted topless stuff on line to make her look bad?
I think the idea is that the pictures were on Kellyanne’s phone in the first place. Claudia mentioned that she assumed her mom got the pictures one of the times her phone was confiscated. Mom probably flipped through the pictures, saw the topless one and sent it to herself. I can only assume to use it against Claudia at some point and/or to show a judge she’s not mature enough to live on her own. I have to assume if I found topless pictures of my daughter on her phone I’d delete them, not make a copy for myself.
Pardon my digressing but ever there was an “election steal” it was 2016, IMHO.
I think she did it because I don’t like her.
So let me get this straight - the notion that Kellyanne Conway copied a photo of her underage topless daughter to her phone (ie: deliberately took possession of child pornography) is the charitable interpretation?

This woman is a disgusting individual. Typical of the type of morally bankrupt individuals Trump surrounds himself with.
If the photo really was posted on her mom’s Twitter account, that should be fairly easy for the police to verify. And in which case, there pretty much has to be an investigation into how it ended up there. None of the possible explanations look particularly good.
