Anyone catch the premier of the new show “Dig” ? Looks interesting to me. Combines murder,archeology, religion, end of world, ancient artifacts, incestuous leanings, detectives, Anne Heche, how could it miss???

JI is a great actor, and I’ve liked him ever since Brotherhood. This show seems a bit hokey, though. The young kid is Josh --> Joshua --> Yeshua --> Jesus!! OMG!!
And they are mixing ultra-Orthodox Jewish sects together indiscriminately. Did they just think it was cool to have the men wearing different hats?
Anyway, I’ll keep watching for a few more episodes, but it needs to pick up and not be some crazy “mystery” that never gets solved.
