I had asked Soup_du_jour to have Jonmarzie email me if he was interested in picking up for the French leader and was patiently waiting by my Outlook. I’m still on this infernal AOL dial-up crap account and accessing the boards is a royal pain which I simply haven’t had the time or patience for. I’ll get together a email for everyone to restate the status of teh game and get a new deadline out to everyone.

My computer died a horrible death last night and all my files are currently unavailbale to me, along with my copy of RealPolitik. I’m going to be trying to either fix it or replace it this weekend, but I’ll be somewhat out of touch over the next couple days.

I’m missing a few sets of orders still, they may have been mailed to my RCN account, but whatever the case I don’t have them. If you sent them to the other account please resend them to the hotmail one.

As a result of all of the above, I’m going to hold off on adjudicating until sunday night. Feel free to consider it a delay if you’d like and feel free to continute using the weekend to dip. However, as soon as I get reestablished with a computer system, I’ll adjudicate as soon as I can. This means that if I don’t receive revised orders, I’m going to adjudicate with what I have gotten most recently. I will not adjudicate before noon sunday, so you have until then to get orders in. I’ll accept orders until I begin adjudicating. If there are any of you who have not sent in orders, consider this your warning that I will be NMRing any missing orders when I adjudicate on sunday.

Adjudication is out. We had an NMR in both the Fall and Winter phases by two different players this past stretch. A map has been forwarded to you, and later this week I hope to have a new computer built and be able to more thoroughly keep everyone abrest of this game. At the very least I’ll focus on getting the map online, followed by the website. Perhaps it will even occur before Turkey manages to solo.
The next deadline is Thusday at 4PM. Players, check your emails, send your provisionals and get dipping.
Only have provisionals from a couple of you. Be warned that the next turn is a mere 14 hours away, and will be adjudicated right then.
