Turkey’s build seems to make it pretty clear that he is going after Greece in the Fall. An army would be able to push north through the Balkans. He doesn’t seem to want to get in the Italy/France mess in the Mediterranean. If he wanted to move to Armenia, though, he could put a pretty big hurt on Russia.
Italy and France could be in for some pretty good action, though. That Turkish fleet in the Ionian could play a factor in the fray.
Germany and Russia’s builds, 'nuff said.

Austria, see Germany and Austria. It would be pretty cool if he could ally with Italy, Germany, Austria or Turkey to save his can.
