My wife thinks that if she drinks my semen when I have a cold, she can catch it as well. (At least, she tells me she thinks this) She’s also concerned that if I use marijuana my semen will have traces of it, and cause her to fail a drug test. What are the actual chances of either virus or drug transmission through semen ingestion?

I wonder if your wife would be as averse to drinking your semen from a teaspoon as she is to drinking it from the source?

Anyway, I think her fears are dubious, but I have no proof one way or the other.
