The quality is a different story, though.
I play with my hair all the time no matter what the situation so that would be a poor indicator of interest from me. If I am interested in a guy I give him a sideways glance or two. If I give him a sideways glance and bite my lower lip it is because I am more than a little interested (IOW I want to bang him.)
