The slowness doesn’t bother me, it’s the frequent ‘website not responding.’ If I could find a woman who would go - [fill in the rest of the joke yourself ;)]

I wait, and wait. But I am often rendering and moving big files around so I’m used to it. The SDMB costs money, and I suppose it would cost lots to speed it up.
I play games while I wait. Occasionally, when it won’t let me post for the umpteenth time (I’ve had this happen at 2 am) I quit.
When the problem was simply the slowness, I waited but for about the past month or so, there have been a lot of times when I couldn’t get past the home page and I gave up. Or, I’d get to the boards, but not be able to get to a particular thread that looked interesting. I’ve gone for a week without even trying because it was so frustrating to find a thread and not be able to read it or post to it. I finally got to one thread and posted a question, but couldn’t get back into it for days to read the responses. Tonight I had no trouble getting to the boards, the various forums, or threads.
When SDMB is slow I take it out on my computer.
I’ve gone though a lot of computers this month.
I just go do something else while I wait for it to load.
I sit here like a big dumb sheep. I have nothing else to do, and I don’t see any problem with it.
