“If you don’t agree I’m right, you’re wrong?” Solid argument ![]()
I think she’s attractive, much more so than that Ann Coulter woman, but she looks like she might be a smoker. (Bags under the eyes.)
Hexenbiest. So…yes.
No, she looks much older than her 49 years.
…And if the inner ugliness didn’t show through quite so much.
If you get lost by something that simple, it’s probably not a good idea to proclaim the other person wrong.
The actual in-bubble issue is that conservatives refuse to listen when liberals explain how they actually think, and instead fall back on stereotypes. And not just any stereotypes–the bad ones you use to make fun of us.
I mean, I already explained it. There was a reason to ask about her attractiveness. It was relevant to the conversation. That’s why no one is upset.
It’s different someone just bringing up that a politician is ugly in a context where it doesn’t matter.
I always had a thing for Jean Kirkpatrick when she was 60 or so …
Conway, no. Huma, yes.
And Paul Ryan looks more like Grandpa Munster’s grandson (Eddie) than Cruz does.
In regards to Huma Abedin there are plenty of Indian and Pakistani women that are absolutely gorgeous beyond description but I don’t find her particularly attractive though she looks sort of like a vampire or something to me I wouldn’t go as far as calling her ugly though.
Regardless of your politics, getting him elected was a remarkable accomplishment … she would be a great press secretary.
Hey, not all women can be lookers like Elena Kagan or Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
Yeah, you’d be all up in that shit, then, suddenly you feel something probing around your bunkter, and you hear Bill saying, “Don’t mind me, I’m just here for the lemonade…”
… and he’s IN!
And don’t forget Carlos Danger! He’s right behind!
All I’ll say is I’m almost the same age as her, but my skin looks 15-20 years younger. She’s clearly spent too much time in the sun. Then again, I’ve always been an SPF50+ person, and it paid off.
Meh, allowing for them being different ages, those two kind of look like my grandmothers, respectively. Not a great deal of similarity, but a little bit. I think “handsome older woman” is a better look than “trying to look like a bimbo to win over a Donald Trump or a Newt Gingrich.”
I find her very attractive and the way she handles interviews to be cute.
I’m not a Trump supporter, either.
Actually, I think she is somewhat attractive for being in her late 40s and I remember her on CNN interviews when she was younger. I don’t think she’s ever been what I’d call ‘hot’ but she’s attractive, yes.
My vote is for “This is a stupid sexist thread” but since I’ve made the effort to post at all I suppose I should contribute rather than merely threadshit.
Personally I tend to conflate physical appearance and personal views/statements in judging the attractiveness of someone; a gorgeous woman spouting racist views is ugly to me, whereas a “plain” woman whom I find interesting and funny will come across as much sexier. By that metric I don’t find Conway particularly attractive and Coulter is downright hideous, no matter what either of them actually look like at the time.
I always think about “The Portrait of Dorian Gray” whenever I see her.
She’s blonde and thin, and some people never look beyond that. I get distracted that her teeth whitening doesn’t extend to all the teeth visible, and she gets more and more haggard as the weeks drag on. I also get distracted by wondering if she insisted on being paid in full, up front, in cash.
It’s left on the nightstand every morning.
Aesthetically speaking, I would have to agree with you on the teeth. It’s one of the first things I noticed about her looks. She also appears to have cheaped out on the hair cut and coloring, as well as spending too much time in the sun. She did maintain a trim figure though.
