The forum, that is. Obviously people do. I look over there every once in a while and see that it’s filled with threads and replies. But many of the people I talk to say they never go there. I think I’ve posted there maybe 5 or 6 times. I don’t know what it is, maybe it’s just not “my bag, baby”. But, just curious as to who here goes there, since a lot of people seem to be turning that into another MPSIMS, of sorts. Since these are the “community” forums, I’m wondering if we’re splitting into different communities, or if I’m just imagining all this.
Yes, UncleBeer and Euty, I realize this is kind of a survey, but COME ON!
It looks like fun.
A lot of the threads move slower than here, but last a lot longer, so if I wanted to have something of mine read a lot I’d toss a question on the end and put it over there.
I IMHO more than I MPSIMS. Sometimes I stop by the BBQ Pit, and I often check to see if there are any General Questions I can answer. Does this make me a SD ####?

I have only recently begun to IMHO, and find the list restriction confining. I do not have opinions. I state facts. Facts can be augmented by other facts, but when I’m done saying something almost every stupid thing that could be said about it has been said. Since the smart people hang out at GD, the IMHO crowd can only contribute more stupid things, most of which which I already have stated. As facts.
I ASSUME that was directed at me Demo… I could go into chat but fear the monsters over there. Okay I am in AOL getting to know my old Colorado Roomies again…If I must I will.
IMHO and MPSIMS are by far my two favorite forums – they’re where all the fun threads are. I do check GQ, but frequently all of the questions have already been answered or I don’t know the answer. I also roam the Pit every now and then, too. I have very little interest in GD. Rarely do the debates ever really become great. Atheists wander in ABSOLUTELY sure that the little bombshell they’re going to drop is so incredibly powerful that all of the believers will flee in the face of it, and then are amazed when the believers go right on believing. The evolutionists and the creationists dance an eternal dance, neither side entertaining the slightest interest in possibly seeing the other team’s side or (gasp!) changing over to the other side. The pro-choicers and pro-lifers are stuck in a similar loop.
Right with ya, Snooooopy. (is that the right number of o’s?)
I wandered into GD tonight and just got annoyed with the BS. IMHO and MPSIMS are my favorites, and I check GQ once in a while because sometimes I get to unload some of the useless knowledge rolling around in my noggin over there.
