  2. In most cases I actually prefer porn that would exclude me. I had a related conversation with my mother last night (I know, :eek: ), in which she had trouble understanding why I love to read romances but was claiming to not put myself into one of the characters at all.

In the fiction I consume (and I’m including porn here), I’m interested in how the characters relate to each other, not to me. I generally make both/all the people real in my head, not just some of them. Visual porn with someone who closely resembles me usually makes me uncomfortable, as I feel like I should be projecting myself there, but I don’t actually want to do it.

  1. I’ve occasionally come across an interesting piece, but I need to feel like there’s an actual connection between the two women in order for it to do anything for me. And that’s pretty rare. Otherwise, I often find women’s bodies pretty or beautiful, but not arousing, so the porn leaves me cold.

I watch roughly equal amounts of hetro and male gay porn. My body can understand on a chemical level being attracted to a man, I don’t project myself into the situation so I don’t need a female there in order to enjoy it, and, frankly, the men in the gay porn tend to be a lot more attractive.

I can’t find a cite, but I saw a report on a study about a year ago that showed that straight men were aroused by b/g and g/g porn, gay men by b/b porn and women by b/g, g/g and b/b regardless of their orientation.

Not really. Some lesbian scenes work for me, most don’t. If the women are hot and into it then I can get into it too, but most of the commercial “les-for-pay” porn actresses don’t do it for me. I’ve seen some of Abby’s stuff; even that is hit or miss, though most of the girls really are into it. Still, there are a few smoking hot scenes out there. When I see the hot girl-girl scenes, mostly what I’m imagining is me being involved somehow, though the sights and sounds of women are really enjoying naked happy fun time are a big turn-on all by themselves.

Two girls and a guy, on the other hand, and Sleel Jr. is very ready to play. Like someone said earlier, that guy is my stunt-dick. Having a girl-girl threesome is one of my unfulfilled fantasies. I’m sure the reality wouldn’t be quite as much fun as the fantasy (mouth, penis, and hands all delightfully occupied) but all I ask is the opportunity to find out the hard way :wink:

I’ve seen some, and yeah, it occasionally worked for me. Since I stopped hanging out with most of my gay friends about a decade ago, I don’t see much of it anymore. I get a lot more traction out of amateur girl-guy porn, so I don’t really seek it out.

I saw some bi porn recently, 'cause I was curious, and that was a bit odd. Two guys doing the girl: relatively standard, but hot. Other scenes, not so much. When the guys were doing stuff together, the girl was more like an adjunct instead of being a co-participant. Rubbing one guy’s ass while he’s drilling the other is not participating. Get in there and lick some balls, give the bottom something to eat, be under him making out, do something useful, chickie.

That wasn’t much fun for me. I guess if there’s a woman involved, having her be the center of attention is what I like. At least a full member of the group would be okay too. Maybe the couple of clips I saw just weren’t very good bi porn.
