Metacafe is still there. You have to turn off the Family Filter, then 18+ will show up under the More tab.

I think you’ll only find that on the hardcore sites.
Dailymotion.com also allows non-family friendly videos. YouTube will allow them, too, but only in a medical context.

Liveleak is an uncensored Youtube type site. They have some videos with graphic violence, such as war videos. I think they allow nudity as well, although it’s not a porn site.
Didn’t take much googling to find xhamster dot com. Their slogan is “just porn, no bullshit.” Your nipple slip probably would be too tame for them.
I’ll second BigT’s Dailymotion suggestion. It’s basically the same as Youtube but you can post NSFW stuff. There’s plenty of music, political crap and naked girls dancing all on the same website.
