I made a status update on facebook. It had trouble ‘showing’. I kept having to click the facebook link (the homepage one) to get it to appear. Now it’s gone for good.
It was a perfectly tame update complaining about the fact that I’d bought an ipod 32gb 2nd generation only weeks before the 64gb 3rd generation version came out. I always take care not to swear on facebook because I know some family members are on there. Some of those are not of appropraite swearing age!
So is facebook known to delete people’s updates or could it have been a glitch?
It was a glitch. Things have been seeming slow lately. Like I get a notification that someone commented on a photo but when you go to the photo the comment isn’t there yet, or someone comments on my status, then someone else does, and I don’t get an email about the first one until 20 minutes after the second one.
They’ve got a lot of stuff going on over there, and I think they’re having a new round of growing pains.
