A fuzzy washed out photograph doesn’t show as many wrinkles as a more clear one. Also a pan suit that goes in at the waist makes you look slimmer than one that hangs straight down. Color me unimpressed.
Also it isn’t like people only saw her from afar, she talked with people and posed for pictures. So unless her body double that has been specially trained to match her voice patterns, and which she keeps around under wraps for just such an occasion as collapsing in public, it seems very unlikely.
