Donald Trump's 2016 General Election Campaign

Amazing how the man who has cheated on two of his wives is also arguing that men who have cheated on their wives should have no access to classified information.

Actually, what I think Trump’s base will say is, “Yeah. Models. Not Mexicans. Fuck of cuck.” Or words to that effect.

Do you think her ads that simply run footage of him being hateful are bad for her?
An insult match would not be good. However a little dig that would make him go out of control and show what a lunatic he is would be useful. All while answering policy questions with real policy.

Well he already knows more about ISIS than “the generals,” so maybe he doesn’t really need access.

Vehemently cosigning this. I have said over and over that I have no sympathy for Trumptard voters and little patience for the liberal intellectual types who patronizingly act as though these voters can’t help themselves and should be pitied rather than abhorred.

How about if we just cancel the electoral votes of every state that is a net drain on the tax coffers?

Clinton does not have to insult Trump to attack him. She does not have to resorts to insults to make damaging insinuations.

“Donald, why won’t you release your tax returns? Every other candidate does, including me. Are you hiding something?”

“Mr. Trump insulted a Gold Star family. That shows a lack of respect for veterans and their sacrifices.”

“Mr. Trump, why did you call women `pigs?’ American women aren’t pigs, that’s a terrible thing to say. And why did you mock a disabled man?”

All perfect vicious attacks that put Trump on the defensive. But none are personal insults.

Well, he’s certainly right, which puts him one up on most of the Trump campaign.

I’m starting to see a new National Campaign Manager!!!

It’s not about “moral high ground.” This isn’t a moral issue. It’s an issue of strategy and effectiveness, of appearance and presentation.

I didn’t mean she should stand there and take it. (You didn’t really think I meant that, did you?) Just that she shouldn’t jump in the mud pit and roll around at his level. There should continue to be a **CONTRAST **between them, i.e., the ranting irrational lunatic and the rational well-informed adult.

Good. I’m glad we agree on that.

Sometimes leaders gotta lead.

There are some things even pigs won’t do.

Is it Tuesday already?

Well I’m not so positive he’s right but the irritating thing to me is him conflating “conflict of interest” with simple “interest”.

Trump campaign wants safe places.
WHAAAAH!! They’re calling us NAAAAMES!

Even considering the source, this is actually TRUE.

This is the problem with name-calling the name callers (i.e. jumping into the mud pit). It doesn’t make one goddamned bit of sense, but it creates an opening. It’s important for Hillary and her people to look like THE ADULTS IN THE ROOM-- not just a different gang.

Don’t take the bait.

I dunno, I got a kick out of her whining and then immediately defending Trump’s new dictionary word - “bigot”. As much as she actually seems like she has an idea how to make this a race, she’s still hooked on to the Trump Train, and ain’t nobody getting off it before it derails.

David Plouffe isn’t even associated with the Clinton campaign. He can divert Conways time and attention all he wants.

Remember: Every single second your campaign manager is on TV or talking to the press is a second that your campaign manager is not managing your campaign.

A. Is he even associated with the Clinton campaign?
B. This only reminds people of who has started the insults. And once nearly everyone has at least considered that Trump has problems (his doctor was very clear about him being physically healthy, and seemed to avoid claiming that he had no mental issues) the better it is. Even if it isn’t true.
Remember 1964? In your heart you know he’s nuts? Not true, but effective.

"Mr. Trump, the dean of Trump University calls me crooked. How sad is that?
