I can update my situation. Mine was airmailed last week so should arrive by December 5. The one sent to me has arrived but I have to pick it up at the Post Office because I wasn’t home on Friday and live in a security building.
I have been mugged Thanks so much “Steve”. I really like it alot. I brought it to work this morning and I am drinking Folgers out of it as I post this. I love BIG mugs and Winnie the Pooh. Less trips to the coffee pot the better
oooops also meant to include that my mug was there on Wednesday when I got home. It was also my Birthday so it was double the excitement for me. Thanks
I have a whole array of sauces that I use, depending on my mood and what I’m eating…kinda like wine snobs, ya know? I think the reason I am so partial to Gates is that my dad used to fly through KC and pick it up from the original store - you had to bring your own bottle, even! Now it has become a commercial giant, and though I still love the sauce, I feel that it is a bit over-sold.
The Bryant’s has a wonderful, very different finish to it - spicy and smoky and I dunno what else.

I must apologize to my recipient. I didn’t know that I had been enrolled/accepted into the exchange until I received my lovely mug. I’m guessing that the laina_f’s email to me landed in the spam pile. Never fear, I have now connected and your mug is on its way!
And I am extremely dilatory in thanking my kind mugger – who I can’t identify, alas, since the name on the postcard wasn’t legible. But I got three mugs, including one from the Southern Maryland Dart Association that thrilled Papa Tiger since he used to throw darts against them, so it was a very successful selection! Thanks, O Mystery Mugger!
On the very positive side, the goo-goo cluster and moon pies arrived without a scratch. Thank you also, hilbilly queen.
On the “not quite positive, but not completely negative, either” side, the handle of the black mug can be glued back on.
Which brings me to the “bummer” side. The holiday mug didn’t quite make it in one piece. It made it in seven. The silver lining to this cloud is that I don’t have to glue the handle back on.
