JC, is there any 'join’ing to CAT23 other than reading the mailing lists? I’ve been doing that ever since 983, but I never really felt like I had ‘joined’ something.
Just get the mailing lists and play the games. That’s all. It’s, at best, a loosely organized and fairly libertarian groups of people.
There’s about 800 of us now. And that’s enough to make pals and enemies.
I know there are guys that I go out of my way to screw over. Often.

I have nothing against joining Cat23, but there usually seem to be 2 SDMB games going on at any given time, and that is about my limit. I like the comeraderie, smack talk and play-by-play commentary from the peanut gallery here. Over there, I might actually have to meet people. Yuck.
