The game’ll just be run by email, adjudicated by me. I won’t do it by hand, I’ll be using Real Politik. No Judges, no servers. Maps will go through email at least.
I’ve actually been meaning to ask about a website. My HTML Rating is 0 and my Talent is Poor. I can throw something up on Geocities but it will look like crap and probably be a little slow. Omni, I know you’re already doing sites for 2 games… what do you say?

No thanks, too busy right now. Turns out I need to pop out to Frankfurt (and London?) next weekend, have a ton of stuff to do here, then I’ve got a trip to Singapore/Bangkok in the works for late March / early April. But I will try to take the time to heckle, especially if you screw up in the GM’ing. 
I’d be up for any sort of variant you’d want to play. I haven’t played many, but JC or other experienced players might have favorites.
And Shibb, McGee and I are both lefties.

Looks like Bibliovore makes 7. I have prefs from everyone but Wikkit. How ironic. I sent him an email last night asking him to confirm that he’ll be playing and to send me a pref list. If I don’t hear from him by the weekend I will reluctantly open the game to other players.
I’ll try and get a game number tonight regardless. I want to snatch up one of the last in the 1000 series; 1097 was just taken yesterday. If it’s all the same to you all it’ll just be a standard game.
As far as prefs go, a quick glance seems to indicate that no one submitting actual lists will go lower than their 2nd choice. For those of you not sending lists, I’m thinking I’ll have my cat make those picks (the yellow treat for Turkey; green for Italy, etc.). He is wise.

My mistake. I was reading backwards again. Abe, did I forget to mention that prefs are to be submitted Egyptian-style, read from right to left? So you’ll definitely be getting your first choice of Powers (Italy).

CAT23 Straight Dip (their term, not mine!) game # 1099 is now official. If the 7th player gets ironed out by this weekend I’m thinking of setting S01 deadline at next Friday, February 14. A nice round period for opening Dipping. If there are problems with that let me know.
