On April 1st, I will probably be there (about 90% sure at this point). I still think I will be coming down alone though, as my hubby is probably going to be staying home with the kids. I don’t think I’m going to be staying all night though because it’s looking like I will not have the funds for a hotel room and I really don’t want to put anybody out by sleeping on their floor or couch (unless I get really drunk, in which case I will probably sleep wherever I fall down at). If you guys still want to car pool, that’s cool with me. What kind of car do you have? I have a Windstar that will sit six adults comfortably, eight if we cram.

April 1 is good for me, too. Have to see about the carpooling thing–if Mr. Cristi and Mr. BunnyGirl bring their gear, it’ll be kinda packed. But I bet the men have enough experience packing gear into vehicles that they could work someting out.
Somebody tell pldennison he’d better be there, and to bring his guitar, too. Now we’ve just got to find a drummer. Then we’ll be all set for…DopeStock 2000!
A personal note to RangerJeff–if you can only make it one weekend, please make it April 1st. Oh please. Please.

Just as a side note, every year, or museum has a juried show exhibiting the work of local artists and this will be shown while you are here. I mention this since a friend of mine has several works in this year’s exhibit. He has a website at www.mockensturm.com if you’d like to preview some of his art.

I don’t know if we’ll be staying overnight yet or not. I’d certainly like to. I’d also like to get very drunk. That, of course, would make it much easier to stay overnight.

I still haven’t been able to talk my husband into coming along with me. I would like to be able to go to the museum too, but my husband isn’t too keen on the idea of me driving to Toledo and staying all night so I can go to the museum the next day (he is also a hopelessy uncultured heathen).

I don’t need to drink heavily. Two or three drinks is usually all it takes. I just don’t have any tolerance for alcohol. Unfortunately, my husband knows this too, so I can’t really use this excuse because he knows that I really don’t like to drink because of this low tolerance.
