Frisco? The articles don’t mention any connection to towns in Colorado or Texas.
I never saw the guy in San Francisco, if that’s any help.

I don’t like that the British police can only come up with “either in Latin or Greek” for his pendant. Surely getting someone in to say which it is, and provide a translation, might be an idea.
