Sorta accurate. I’m actually married to the Old Guy now (only 11 years older…and I’ll never let him forget it!), and lived in sin with a now-dead jerk-off who gave me my son. Me and Old Guy have been together 18 years, but married 7.5. You’re dead right (heh…I crack myself up) about my graveside junkie in-laws. They also built a shrine to FIL in MIL’s house (FIL’s old office).
And yes, I’m a Ninja Master, specializing in the Evil Stink Eye and Attack Sounds.
As for Shirley, I know that her family has suffered heinous illness and loss, and yet she is still one of the funniest people on the boards. She’s got some kids and a great husband, and she leans toward the conservative side. Her mom is still alive, but pretty old. And I think she lives in the 'burbs.
Oh…and the only reason we haven’t gone out drinking is because we’d probably get thrown out of every place we’d go. And we don’t live anywhere near each other.

I thought Joss Whedon had won his suit against Surreal Doll company, preventing them from making or selling the proposed 18 inch deluxe-high- intensity-blow-job statues? I was very upset over it. Sure, it’s copyright infringement (and DHIBJ-Dn was sick. Dawn is underage!). But, the quality of the sculpting and materials was excellent. Have they reached some compromise allowing the sale of DHIBJ-Drusila? What about DHIJB-S? I remember hearing that James Marsters was fine with that.
Frankly, the officially licensed Buffy busts are just not quality merchandise, nor do they feel real (Including retractable fangs in some of the Surreal Doll busts), nor do the officially licensed models include a heating system to warm them to body temperature.
