For some reason, there is no photographic evidence of me being in Amsterdam.
Blackberries are a very dark purple and generally larger. Raspberries are a dark or bright red and generally smaller.

Yep, that’s the little Torqueling. My wife took that picture after she and I had gone to “Super Tots” gymnastics one day, which is why she’s still in the leotard.
Thanks for the compliment; isn’t it weird that she can have so many of my features, and still be the cutest kid ever? The vertical version of this picture of her is my cell phone wallpaper; favorite picture ever!

A group of friends and I were staying at another friend’s place for a music festival. The other guy in the pic had been sleeping on the floor for 3 days, When my GF had woken up(her and I were sleeping on the futon in the living room),he decided to grab a few hours more sleep on a mattress. Boy was I surprised when I woke up.

And if you live in Seattle, as I did at the time, they are everywhere. I used to ride my bike through a park to work most days of the week, and during blackberry season I could eat blackberries for breakfast.

I can ask my friend. I was the tour guide and he was the photographer.
It was a fair trade, he got plenty of great photos and I only got us lost once.
A friend’s kid and I at a baby shower. We were eating watermelon.
Dressed as a Dutch nobleman. I just got this costume back from the tailor’s shop yesterday and was trying it on a few minutes ago, when I took that picture. It looks way better in person than it does in the picture. I trimmed my formerly full beard and mustache into a “Van Dyck” goatee to complete the costume.
