In my group we might refer to someone as being “stumble stumble crawl” drunk.

Lovingly of course.

Pissed is very popular here in Aus, with the extended version being, pissed as a newt. Piss-heads are people who regularly imbibe to excess.

All fuckered up.

I like the UK term legless, and from Kinky Friedman, monstered.

Myself, I always preferred “tore up”

Trollied is the one I hear more often than anything else.

I love “haunted with evil spirits”. That may be my new go-to phrase for pissing-his-knickers drunk for a while.
