We use Samsung Stratosphere phones in our family, bought in 2111. All three phones are having the same issue with loading Facebook, where it won’t load -either on the app or the regular site- at our house. Using the wifi or the 4g doesn’t make a difference either.
It seems very strange. Any ideas?
Loads just fine on my Samsung Galaxy 3S.
Maybe those 2111 phones are not backwards compatible with legacy systems of 2012
If you’re connected via wifi, have you tried rebooting your router?
Have you cleared the cache? Go into Settings, Applications, Facebook and clear cache. If that didn’t work you could try clearing data too but make sure you have your password because you’ll need to reenter it.
