In one of the Family Guy episodes Peter’s in court (IIRC) and says something which indicates he’s not Meg’s real father. Did they ever manage to explain that before the series got cancelled?
Family Guy was the kind of show where stuff like that really doesn’t matter. They didn’t NEED to explain it because it was only there to get a laugh in the one scene.

All you have to do is look at Meg to know she’s Peter’s daughter.
It could be a one off joke, I’ll admit, but then again, knowing Seth and the others, it might very well not have been.
well, we don’t see Peter or Lois much as a teenager, so we can’t tell if they were nearly as Whiney.

It was a one time joke. Going by your logic Peter would be a cyborg, Chris would have lost his face and Meg has a sister who was killed by Chris. That’s why i love the show, anything goes.

It was in a flashback. Lois is on a rooftop with two identical Peters, and has to decide which one to kill. She shoots one and the other says “You made the right choice!” and gives her a hug. As he’s hugging her, we see his face fall open to reveal the electronics underneath.
I forget which episode it’s in, but Peter’s with an evil twin brother on the roof and Lois shoots the “evil” one (the one she thought was evil). When the alive Peter runs up and hugs her, his face falls off revealing a robot underneath,

Maybe Robo-Peter made the confession about not being Meg’s dad.

Incidentally, the other day I saw the episode where you see Peter and Lois naked, playing Yahtzee with Meg and some naked guy. I found that I just could not take my eyes off of Lois’s naked cartoon ass. What is wrong with me? A cartoon ass, and I couldn’t stop staring at it. A cartoon!
