Ended up going with Brandon Jacobs and Steve Slaton, who I picked up after asking the question, result was pretty good. My opponant’s entire team only outscored my RBs by 11.
I sat Portis for Slaton and they ended up with exactly the same score. I kept Turner in too and he scored three fewer points, which I was okay with.
Portis is going to be a beast through the next three weeks- St. Louis, Cleveland and Detroit.
Pick up the Redskins’ D immediately if they’re available. It’s going to be a point-a-palooza.
ETA: How the heck was Slaton still on waivers after the last two weeks?!?!?
Got the Redskins’ D in one league. It’s taken in the other, but I have Phillidelphia, which should do alright.
ETA: I don’t know. I suspect it is because Yahoo still has players sorted by pre draft rankings, so he was kind of buried in the back.
