The dad from * Calvin and Hobbes * had this great string of swearwords when he dropped a christmas package on his toes:
“Slippin’ rippin’ dang fang rotten zarg barg-a-ding dong!”
I sure thought it was funny, but I guess you had to be there.
A popular substitution for “fuck you” in movies shown on ommercial TV is “forget you”.
My 6-year-old nephew was slaughtering villains on his Game Boy, and whenever one went down he’d punctuate it with “forget you!”. Got me wondering if, among the elementary school set, this had become a popular expletive.
I often call people “fargin’ iceholes”.
With regard to Stephen Fry (and Hugh Laurie, of course), we must recall the following list of alternative expletives:
“cloff”, “prunk”, “shote”, “cucking”, “skank”, “fusk”, and “pim-hole”.
(But “pempslider”, of course, would be going too far.)

Actually, I have a friend who was saying “frell” all the time before it was used in Red Dwarf.
She was most annoyed they stole it form her. 
Spy Kids uses “shitake mushrooms.” Emphasis on the first syllable.
There’s also the Shaving Cream song.
sneck utter by many of the 2000AD mercenaries in the Strontium Dog series.
Eg. He shot me in the sneckin’ leg.
Put me down as another fan of Pirates of Dark Water. I find “Noi-gh’aht” a very satisfying oath for some reason.
Fascape also uses “hezmata” in the same context as the word “hell”.
Oh, I just remembered “zarking fardwarks” from The Hitchikers Guide To The Galaxy series.
I’ve used the PoDW curses often, but I pronounce it more like noy-j’taht. (I’ve been watching the series again on Cartoon Network, BTW. It’s a pity it got cancelled after so few episodes.)
I’m also fond of “sheka” (“horsedung”) from Mercedes Lackey’s Shin’a’in language. I like “censored” and “bleep” from Niven’s Known Space stories, but I don’t use them often.
Pants isn’t fictional. It’s real English slang, although I haven’t heard it lately so it may have gone out of fashion somewhat.

I don’t think “peaching” was made up either, but it’s not in the aforementioned dictionary so who knows?

I actually use “grife” in my daily life, usually under my breath. The other big Legion curse is “sprock,” which can be used as an exclamation (“Oh sprock!”) or an adjective (“Get the sprocking shields up before the sprocking comet hits the sprocking ship, you nas!”)

Did I miss it? Did no one mention drokk and stang from Judge Dredd?
Also, “ruttin’” isn’t an invention of Firefly’s, though they used it well. It’s a gin-u-wine coarse term for sexual intercourse.
Oops. I meant stomm in Judge Dredd.
The Legionnaires also use “frack” as well as “grife.”
I like Nanny Ogg’s grandmothers term “Well I’ll be mogadored!”
