Female Star Trek Uniforms

I believe that Roddenberry’s original concept of Troi included two pairs of boobs. I think a four boobed woman was in one of his post Apocalypse movies that never made it as a series.

And now for something completely different …

Eh…gimmie Yeoman Colt any day.

…Please.

Well, technically she’s dead by the end of show. She’s pregnant earlier on. That particular episode, incidentally, contains the longest passage of time for any in the original series, not counting time-travel shows.

Kirk also boffs the extraordinarily hot Drusilla in “Bread and Circuses”.

No, but a two-naveled woman was. And it was Mariette Hartley, in fact. Supposedly, Roddenbery wanted to poke fun at the network censors’ not letting him (or any other show, like “I Dream of Genie” ) show navels in the 1960s.

I couldn’t post this last night, but re: the OP,

I think that’s the 23rd century. Men who wear skirts are even further ahead of the curve, because there were some male extras wearing Starfleet uniforms with skirts in the first season on The Next Generation, in the 24th century. Just skirts, not the dress uniforms that also had pants. Did anybody else notice that or was it just me?

By the way, remember that early TNG episode where they go to the paradise planet full of beautiful people in little clothes and Wesley is sentenced to death? All the people there were white and blonde. (I think there might have been just one token black man but I’m not sure.) I referred to it as the “Aryan Paradise Planet.”

Very nice, indeed. But I was always partial to Dr. Helen Noel: http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.sherylfranklin.com/images/trek/women/classic/helen_noel3.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.sherylfranklin.com/trekwomen_helen_noel.html&h=240&w=320&sz=12&hl=en&start=3&tbnid=pgwJD0sram2NRM:&tbnh=89&tbnw=118&prev=/images%3Fq%3D%2522helen%2Bnoel%2522%26svnum%3D10%26hl%3Den%26sa%3DG

It’s well known.

You’re right, I think, in the first paragraph. But I always liked her long blue flowy number. Her appearance in that dress convinced me that Will Riker was a flipping idiot.

I was trying not to give a long delayed spoiler. It also involves Spock being dumb for about the only time on the series - and it made me wonder why the hell StarFleet didn’t join AAA.

Well, he was dumber in “Whom Gods Destroy”.

Personally, I think the uniforms from the 2nd-6th film were the best.

It’s rather obvious who sets the standards for spaceship crewmen in skirts.

For further research on this riveting topic, see Vegas in Space. Even though it actually gave Gilbert Gottfried the willies. Now, that’s saying something.

In other news, this is the geekiest thread I have ever participated in. And that is also saying something.

…I am so going to get you for this…

Oh, I don’t know about that. [Warning! NSFW!]

I removed your link, commasense, because it most definitely wasn’t safe for work viewing. Please remember the “two click” rule: don’t link directly to NSFW content; instead, link to a page that then links to the NSFW stuff. Or, absent that, post the link without making it clickable (so users will have to cut-and-paste into their browsers if they want to see what’s behind the link).

Couldn’t you have just unclickabled the link, then? :dubious:

Link! Link! LINK!!!

I wholeheartedly concur, we must have a link.

It was just a link to a barebreasted shot of Troi from some obscure movie she was in. You could try Google Image with keywords “Barebreasted” “Troi”.
