If Ingmar’s watching the rear, Brunis should go in near the front. I won’t push past the two of you that are already at the opening, if you really want to go first. I’ve learned to appreciate scouts.
Ingmar thinks this over.
“But the first one seemed to be easily killed. Ingmar feel guilty now. Perhaps they are just hungry, no? And maybe they know were the little one is? Ingmar will wait for the others, and continue to protectink the rear.”
But if the little creature comes back alone (and if it’s indeed a LITTLE creature, Ingmar will try to feed it some food. Else he will keep his distance.
You rolled some VERY lucky dice.
But yes, they are hungry. Looks like Swedish meatballs are on the menu.
Metagame and narrator hints aside, they came out of a tunnel and tried to jump on our faces. Seems to me that we shouldn’t be turning our back on the thing. If Ingmar understandably has some second thoughts about just attacking it, maybe we should all move a little further away from it for the express purpose of seeing what it does, so that when what it does is try to claw somebody’s face off, we can deal with the ramifications at such time.
Ingmar will back away from the creature then…
Slowly and cautious and hope that the group continues to move AWAY from the creatures…
So is everyone else crossing over to tunnel C?
I say come on over. But do it expecting an attack.
I think I’ll scout ahead while I waiting for the rest of the people to cross, no too far just far enough to get an idea of what’s coming and get back by the time the rest of the group is ready to proceed.
You might want to wait until someone comes over to anchor the rope. Brunis might be a good choice since he’s no doubt stronger than I am.
Fair enough, I figured the two of you would be stronger then I am and we could get a bit of information.
Never mind I’ll continue holding the rope and waiting for the others to get around the room.
I think the two of us can handle it.
Maybe you two should explore, it would be safer the one person wandering alone and I can hold the rope by myself.
I haven’t crossed over yet. I’ve been waiting so that one of the heftier types could first.
Well, you might as well come on over we don’t need to spend two days walking around the room in order.
Ingmar will be the last to cross, he’ll try to hurry the others along to do the same. Just to speed this up as well. Once there, he’ll allow the others to do the scouting while he covers the rear from those lil’ guys.
Let’s just say, hypothetically, that we all had agreed to cross the room.
I’ve lost track of who’s made it across to C. If I’m across, I’m more than willing to anchor the rope for others who are coming.
Okay, so we all cross, Roosh goes last.
That works.
OK, you’re all across. The critter follows, but at a distance of around 25 feet.
Passage C is not really a passage, but an alcove. Looking in, you can see that there is a hole at the top. It’s kind of like a chimney.
Can the critter fit through the chimney?
