And no surprise at all: the OP’s only prior ‘enthusiastic’ votes were for Reagan.
Huh, from the OP I thought this was going to be about supporting Bloomberg for President.
He’ll kick ass, Big Butt America, and take away your bacon cheeseburgers, bacon pizza, bacon sub sandwiches, giant bacon sodas, bacon lattes…
We are in bacon chains, and only Bloomberg has the key.
But after a while, you won’t be able to get behind him because you won’t have any behind! I’ll be here all week, don’t try the veal.
Where you’re in a perfect position to get pooped on. Just sayin’.
It’s simple:
When I call you a bad name, that’s me “telling it like it is”.
When you call me a bad name, that’s you trying to take away my First Amendment rights.
Go Trump go! I am with the OP in hoping that Trump wins the Republican nomination.
You respect people who drop all the PC bullshit and tell it like it is? Okay.
You’re an idiot.
Yep, and it has to be point out that our “Einstein” also comes from the same lineage as the ones that do believe that the theory of Relativity is a secret liberal plot.

Excellent article.
My own view remains that Trump is an asshole who appeals to other assholes who envy the fact that Trump can get away with being as big an asshole as he likes without consequence, and so they’re living their assholery vicariously through Trump. I don’t know the OP well enough to judge whether this applies to him personally, but it certainly applies to a lot of Trump’s followers.
And the funny thing is that most of the Republicans that say that they would never vote for him will swallow their pride if he becomes the GOP candidate and change their minds. When it comes down to the wire, they will choose asshole over honor.
What is the point of having corporate headquarters here in the US as opposed to the Cayman Islands? How many jobs do you think we are losing to the Caymans?
There is no tax reform that is going to entice manufacturers to move their factories from places like China to the USA. The cost advantages of having near free labor are really hard to beat with a few tax breaks.
There is almost nothing you can do aside from trade barriers that force manufacturing back home.
That sounds like pretty much any Republican candidate.
Trump has no idea how to accomplish any of the things he claims to want. I don’t know if he’s selling each of his voters a bridge, or if he’s selling all of them the same bridge.
Assuming the Republican candidate wins, can you name another Republican candidate that you would prefer over Trump? At least with Trump, there is a good chance that he is punking us and will become the David Souter of the White house.
Hahahaha Trump is awesome and all you all rest of the people are losers mwahahaha
Ridicule and name-calling? gasp and shock
Angry! Angry words because people disagree!
When confronted with facts and information, I ignore them and counter with well who are you going to vote for? Some lefty loonie! You’re obviously wrong!
Great debate.
Unwarranted self-importance, pride, followed by anger, deliberate ignorance, and gutter trash talk.
Trump supporter, I am shocked. Can’t follow a single thought process. There’s only reaction. No forethought, no insight.
I saw an ad where Captain Obvious (mascot for Hotels .com) was running for president. I’d vote for him if I thought it would do any good.
What in his history makes you think this is even a possibility, let alone “a good chance”? Face it-Republicans have been dropping the ball when it came to dealing with Trump from day one, and now y’all are going to justify voting for him by saying he’s just pretending to be a megalomaniacal asshole, when the truth is Republicans would vote for a diseased yak if they thought it was their only chance at winning the presidency.
Hey, I’m no fan of Mitt Romney, but that’s just harsh.
“Finally, a candidate I can get behind and reach around!”
Trump has an answer for that! American wages are too high:.
In Trump’s economy, Mexico probably would build a wall. To keep the gringos out…
