aaargh! I need it for band tomorrow, and I can’t find it.
Info: It was in my room yesterday. Today, it’s not in here. It’s not at the top or bottom of my closet, under either bed, in any drawer in my room, in plain sight, or on my bed.
You remembered you needed it tomorrow, so yesterday you put it where you usually put your stuff, and today you put your stuff right on top of it without noticing.
When our family were still all living together, the logical answer to anyone looking for anything was to tell them to look out in the garden.
You see, a lot of spoons and other kitchen utensils eventually made their way out there, so it only stood to reason that other items would follow their lead.
Perhaps it’s between my sofa and the end table. That’s where we found my daughter’s saxophone yesterday, when she was searching frantically for it ten minutes before we left to visit her grandfather (who’s also her teacher).
I’m with GorillaMan on this one, and I’ll tell you what I told my daughter: if you’d been practicing, you’d know where it was.
No, I had been practicing. That’s why it wasn’t in my car. (and i did practice last night too… I borrowed my brother’s clarinet. ) And no, it’s not in any of those places, except the case
Wow! everyone in the house denied moving it. But guess where I found it. By my dad’s dresser. In his room. Which isn’t my room. I need to get rid of my walking clarinet.
Thanks for the suggestions, guys.
(Oh, and my acquaintanceship goes to Abbie Carmichael, who didn’t find it, but made me laugh.)
Hope you have better look then me. I once lost my violin. I managed to find it again though…3 years later. (I went the the 5th biggest school in the country, and I lost it there. Kind of made it hard to find.)
