Well, how did it go other than those surface things? Did you have a good back-and-forth conversation? Did you have stuff to talk about? Did she make you laugh, whether grating or otherwise?
If the eating and the laughing were so distracting that you couldn’t even think about those other things, then yeah, it’s probably best to quit. If you liked her otherwise, then hell, give it another shot.
Well, I was leaning towards a second anyway, just to see, but it was… Okay? I guess? I was the less nervous, it seems? Besides the personal habits, it did reinforce a couple of impressions I got (the over enthusiasm and that we may be a tad took much alike in personality), but nothing straight out gross or memorable.
