How is he a hypocrite? He’s just following what god says and does. god says he loves someone and then burns them for eternity for not following some hazy rule. Even then he still loves them. So it is quite possible that he professes love based upon what god says, and then spews ‘hatred’ based upon what god does.

Thank you for posting this. One of my standard arguments with Christians used to be: "How can you claim to “love” God when you can’t even love your fellow humans who you KNOW actually exist?
All these years; I never knew there was a passage in the bible that actually backed this sentiment up.
If you want to Pit religion in general, do it somewhere else. This isn’t about that – this is about Flyer and his jackassery. There are plenty of religious people here who are decent human beings.
This board frustrates me because I can’t quote a quote. But I “love” how Flyer put those scare quotes around “love” in post 68. Does he think people that have premarital sex are incapable of love or something?
And even though the original post is several years old, I’m uncomfortable with one of Flyer’s posts quoted in these thread. He was talking about how young women who wear skimpy clothing should expect to be ogled. The post includes links to the Facebook pages of girls that appear to be underage. I don’t know if they’re his daughter’s or nieces or if they go to his church, but I’m sure they’re someone’s daughters. And i think it was completely inappropriate for Flyer to link to those pages.
