“A green and gilded snake
had wreathed itself…
but suddenly, Seeing [Audrey],
it unlink’d itself, And with indented glides
did slip away Into a bush”
–As You Like It, Act 4, Scene iii

“for these fellows of infinite tongue,
that can rhyme themselves
into ladies’ favours, they do
always reason themselves out again”
King Henry V, Act 5, Scene ii
Hey Scotti, what’s up with DRY’s goat fixation? I haven’t known him as long as you have, so I was thinkin’ maybe you could shed some light on this for me?
Does Audrey have goats? Somehow I missed this. However, I love animals in general, so I guess if need be, I can manage to appreciate her goats. If they are sweet and loving. From afar. Am I (as usual) missing something here?
“Roses have thorns, and silver fountains mud;
Clouds and eclipses stain both moon and sun,
And loathsome canker lives in sweetest bud.”
–Sonnet 35, Lines 2-4
Yeah, but 6’ 4", AudreyK and I (Scotti) are now free of our eternal need to flirt with our (formerly) main flirter DRY. So, don’t you realize that this gives you a golden opportunity to step into the breach? Come on, man, get into overdrive here!
Just don’t be depressed if we do not respond immediately, as we are both going to be down in LA tarring and feathering our (former) first love, DRY.
Scotti, I think DRY has a thing, you know, a THING, for goats. He keeps talking about them!
FTR, I have no goats. I think I’d have to get special permits to own such things here in Hawaii.
And on perhaps a related note, he still hasn’t answered my question about how many women he’s asked to marry him.
[sub]Told ya I was gonna return the love, didn’t I, sweetie?
HEY! If you are going to quote me, the least you can do is quote me correctly. Sheesh.
Dig your grave a little deeper, sweetheart. We’ll put a little thin ice over it, and then after the tar and feather treatment, we’ll push you over in that general direction.
