Top Dog rules man.
I edited my last post because I had to make sure that the day was over.
Oh no. Poor, innocent FCOD was dunked. Horrible, that
Another innocent townie dunked. I will be rooting for our cult.
We’ve been at this for a couple months now and I’ll caution those with perfect knowlege to please not provide spoilers here. Cookies will have to decide who is to be trusted and she may innocently stumble into this thread. This is extremely exciting, to say the least.
And as we’ll go into night with FCOD dead, our prophet has an interesting choice to make. I can see a case to be made for each potential kill.
With 3 left Cookies will decide the game. the prophet will of course vote for the remaining townie, and the remaining townie will vote for the prophet. We’ll see who has the most convincing case
Erm, sorry if I am missing something, but we do not appear to have dunked either the Prophet or the Recruit.
This will leave two on two if an innocent is dunked tonight which is a Cult win.
If I am missing something, please let me know.
FCOD was innocent town. that leaves 4. The prophet will kill someone tonight. That leaves three. Maybe I made a mistake in that the prophet might kill cookies? That would make sense too.
Cookies is confirmed town unrecruitable, and I can think that the prophet would let cookies decide between the remaining two, but I can also see killing off cookies and having a three-way clusterfuck ending. I’m kind of glad i’m out of the game hehe.
Since we’re going going going into night with the game not over, there was no recruit.
Then… (Spoiler for avoidance of suggestion if a Cultist peeks in accidentally).
why doesn’t the Prophet recruit Tonight and win on the spot? Rather than killing and risking another Day?
Or has the Recruit power been removed?
Alternatively, zuma is trying to mislead everyone.
Or alternatively, **Hockey Monkey ** got it right on Night 6 and that is the reason the Cult was getting really worried.
There is no further recruit, because they have already used it.
Which would also explain why the Cult was looking so miserable.
Same here.
It’s interesting you say Cookies would decide the game, though. I think that the Cult should kill Cookies toNight actually.
Just to let you all know. People who see these posts in “Show all posts of user” can see right through spoilers on that preview. So it doesn’t do much good. I’m more for the long spoiler space since it cuts off, when you look up posts, a certain point.
Both wrong actually. Or, if anything, it was a combo of two things. We tried to recruit an unrecruitable (Fretful Porpentine) on Night Six. She turned out to be the Priest. That also explains how we knew she was Priest the next Night to kill her off.
Interesting.
It’s the one possibility that I did not consider as being too unlikely for it too occur. But it will be the only possilibity that will be correct tomorrow morning.
If they are smart they will be able to work it out.
Oh well, you live and learn. Kudos to the cult for that though.
Well, here I am.
Before I read this thread, I predict that the conversion was attempted and failed on one of the no-kill nights and the one Cultist left is Kyrie Eleison or USCDiver. Now I’m off to read the juicy spoilers.

Welcome, FCOD. And count me among those who thought you were the Prophet.
Why don’t you think it’s Queuing?
It’s interesting that USC Diver doesn’t give any credence to the idea that a recruitment attempt could have failed, but just assumes that it either has or hasn’t happened yet.
Heh heh heh.
Oh yes…and one reason I think the Prophet should kill Cookies off toNight is because she’s verified…so unless he wants to face, the next Day, the person who isn’t the Prophet (the NonProphet) KNOWING who is who (since the NP will know Cookies is a Monk), he best kill off Cookies and leave it with two “unknowns”.
Hmmmm…then again… maybe that’s not so hot. : / I just thought of something that would majorly backfire if he killed off Cookies toNight. Bleah.
Now that I’m caught up reading… I think the action the cult makes tonight will be VERY interesting. As some have said, killing Cookies is the “obvious” choice, but not necessarily the best. It all depends on if he think Cookies will react to still being alive. For instance, if the last cultist is USCDiver or Kyrie, they might leaver her alive because she showed interest in thinking Queuing was scum, and hope she’d stay that way. Similarly, if it’s Queuing, he might leave her alive hoping that “obviously” she was left alive hoping she’d vote for Queuing, and thus she’d vote for whichever of the other two was still alive. IOW, it would present her with a WIFOM scenario and then he could hope that he could present a more convincing case than the other, and ONLY have to worry about convincing her.
OTOH, if she’s dead, then you basically have a three-way free-for-all which gives the cult a 67% chance of winning versus a 50% chance (since obviously Cookies wouldn’t be lynched). So really, unless the last Cultist thinks he has a much better chance of bluffing out Cookies than at least one of the other two, she’s really the best choice by a large margin.
