Did anyone watch it? I was curious, in a stare-at-the-car-wreck sort of way, but didn’t watch it. I think it was going to have
at least two “celebrity” boxing matches, including Paula Jones vs.
Tonya Harding. I heard someone say that it would be a shame if Paula got her pretty new nose broken before she finished paying for it. Oh wait, someone else paid for it, IIRC. Any watchers out there? You may remain anonymous.

Paula Jones got her ass whupped, although the bout didn’t start off badly, she just wasn’t in shape. Tonya was into it, got slagged for “bad form” when she hit JOnes in the back of the head protecter after Jones supposedly indicated she didn’t want to continue. Jones ran away most of the fight, we were kind of embarrassed for her. Tonya Harding and the guy from Diff’rent Stokes were the only ones who showed any sense of balance or boxing savvy at all. It was a pretty pathetic program. Bonaducci kicked Greg Brady’s butt. It was a terrible bout to start with, they just had no balance, Williams was falling almost every time he got hit–not because the hits were all that hard (although some maybe were) but because he just couldn’t keep his feet right. Vanilla Ice got creamed, he was tired after the first round, although he came back (very briefly) with a flailing, fierce combination. No skills. I don’t think the fighters were paired very well, each time you knew right off who the loser would be, because they seemed afraid to get hit. It was fun to watch, but I was embarrassed all around–me, for watching, them for not really prepping. C’mon where’s yer game face?!
