The SDMB is by far the most well mannered and intelligent board I’ve ever found. Some of the posters are “Libruls!!!” of course…but they express themselves better than most.

That’s interesting, I’d say the SDMB is on the positive side of the middle of well-mannered and intelligent boards I’ve visited.

There is one board I regularly post on that is FAR more polite and well mannered. But that board has a strict no “hot topics” threads rule, so we don’t see any politics threads at all.

SDMB is reasonably well mannered.
