free webspace for prototype professional site?

I’m developing a small business-related site whose role will be partly advertising of available services and partly educational. No direct selling would be involved.

I’d like to find a webspace provider with “free” services so that I could upload the site on a trial basis, with the idea of paying a monthly fee somewhere down the line once the bugs are out.

For the time being, I’m looking for at least 10MB, banner ad(s) rather than pop-ups, and FrontPage compatibility (plus, hopefully, FrontPage extensions). Ads should not be for things like mini-telescopes to spy on your neighbors or Freddy’s Porn Shack.
Ideas?

Here’s the only free provider I could find with a quick search on google :

20mb. 1 ftp. FrontPage extensions would be pushing it.
